1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RectifyCloud ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

RectifyCloud is a SOC 2 compliance automation service that detects security gaps in your infrastructure and automatically fixes them. Our service includes automated remediation, immutable logging, and Git-native integration capabilities.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on RectifyCloud's website for personal or commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • To transmit any malicious code or harmful data
  • To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • To impersonate any person or entity

6. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be error-free.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RectifyCloud and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RectifyCloud, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RectifyCloud and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
